A true haven of peace in the middle of Occitan Tuscany. Véronique's guesthouse is a white stone building overlooking the Vineyard of Gaillac. Located in the commune of Broze, between Gaillac, Cordes-sur-Ciel and Castelnau de Montmirail. It is built on a hillock on the site of an ancient fortified castle, and offers a breathtaking view over the vineyards and groves.

Tiles, parquet floors and exposed beams: this is the authentic spirit of a house renovated with taste and a touch of modernity.
Communal areas include a dining-living room with a beautiful fireplace, a terrace with a dining area and garden furniture, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay.
There's also a library with a collection of comics, books, board games and wooden toys.

Véronique offers 3 rooms:
- Le Coq et la Pendule, on the first floor of the house, with a 160cm bed, for a warm and cosy atmosphere.
- La Danseuse de Cordes, a large 40m² room on the second floor with a 160cm bed and a comfortable 90cm armchair, ideal for a couple with a child.
- L'Eté de Vaour, a bright little nest on the second floor, also with a 160cm bed.

Véronique, a former market gardener, offers dinner Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at around 8pm, booking in advance. (minimum 48 H) Meal board of local produce, tasty home-made dishes, wine by the glass or local beer.
Breakfast, included in the room rate, is generous and local. Bread, cake, homemade brioche, homemade yogurt or cold cuts, cheese, fruit juice... buffet-style between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m.
