Situated in Lavaur, in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne region, the chambres de Poudis welcome you to a peaceful environment, ideal for resting, yet within easy reach of the Tarn's must-sees and the City's amenities. From the house, you have easy access to the region's typical rolling landscapes and emblematic sites: Saint-Alain cathedral and its octagonal bell tower, the remarkable Martels gardens, the listed village of Lautrec and Cordes-sur-Ciel. Albi, with its Episcopal city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also easily accessible by day.

This single-storey accommodation is designed to accommodate up to 4 people in optimum comfort. It comprises two independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, allowing each person to preserve their privacy while sharing a common living area. The sleeping areas feature top-quality bedding and tasteful decor, combining natural materials and contemporary lines.

Guests also enjoy a pleasant communal living area, organized around a lounge with connected TV, a convivial dining area and a functional open kitchen, ideal for preparing breakfast, snacks or drinks independently. All the units are equipped with the latest technology and simple home automation systems, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Outside, a covered terrace under a bioclimatic pergola makes the most of the shared garden. The heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m, maximum depth 1.45 m), secured by a dome, offers comfortable bathing conditions in season. To complete the experience, a Wellbeing area with sauna, Hammam and Jacuzzi is available (not included in the price), with massages available on reservation. A pétanque court completes the on-site leisure facilities.
