... Once upon a time, a small farm in the south of the Tarn region offered its travelers the chance to rest in a small wooden chalet. After enjoying a meal of farm produce, their eyes on the nearby lake, the dreamers of an evening fell asleep to the gentle sounds of the countryside. The comfort of their cottage allowed them to appreciate the silence and calm.

La Ferme de la Bonicarde lies at the foot of the Montagne Noire, between Labruguière and Soual, close to Castres and its surrounding area. In the heart of the countryside, on the shores of the pretty Lac du Perche, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay in an all-wood chalet. You can easily explore the trails and forests of the Montagne Noire, and discover its many treasures (Riquet's stream, Sorèze Abbey School, etc.). Can you find the source of the Canal du Midi? Leisure activities and swimming in nearby Lac de Saint-Ferréol.

** THE CHALET **
With a surface area of 35m², the chalet offers a living room with kitchen and sitting area, two bedrooms, shower room and toilet. A lovely covered terrace overlooks the lake. Two steps lead up to the terrace and then to the chalet, which is all on one level.
Access to the chalet via a passable dirt track, after crossing the farm. The chalets are about 300 m from the farm, with private parking.

* Lounge area with sofa and TV
* Bedroom with double bed (140x190cm)
* Second bedroom with 3 single beds (80x190cm), including a high bed for children (wooden ladder).
* Bathroom with shower and single washbasin
* Separate toilet
