Set among valleys, forests, and charming little villages, this area invites you to take your time. The Arifat waterfalls, located nearby, are one of the most beautiful natural sites in the Tarn and offer a pleasant, refreshing respite during the summer. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the many trails (GR 36 is just 300 meters away) that crisscross the surrounding area, while those seeking new experiences can easily explore the impressive granite rock formations of the Sidobre, the Episcopal City of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or Castres and its iconic colorful houses along the banks of the Agout River. St. Pierre de Trivisy is also nearby and offers a variety of recreational activities, such as an adventure park, Water Park, Wellbeing center, mini-golf, and Tennis... If you enjoy trout fishing, the region boasts abundant fishing opportunities with rivers and lakes (the Dadou, Lake Bancalié, Lake Razisse...). An ideal location for alternating between nature walks, cultural discoveries, and culinary delights.

Just outside the hamlet, this fully renovated, detached stone house sits on an enclosed, wooded lot of approximately 3,000 m².
The ground floor features a pleasant living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a sofa and armchair. A reversible air conditioning system ensures comfortable living year-round, complemented by a wood-burning stove installed in the fireplace, with firewood provided. This level also features a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The well-shaded terrace is perfect for outdoor dining, while the swing and ping-pong table will delight young and old alike.

Private parking on-site. An electric vehicle charging station is available. Baby gear available upon request. Rental of sheets, towels, and a cleaning service are offered as optional extras.
