Less than 10 minutes away by car, Lautrec, capital of the Pays de Cocagne, will reveal all its secrets about the famous pastel blue. There's also Aquaval, the Base de loisirs that will delight young and old alike with its pools, slides, playground, two large lakes for fishing or a picnic by the water.
Just 15 minutes away, the City of Castres with all the amenities you need: Cinema, bowling, supermarkets, markets.
30 min away is the City of Albi, with its Episcopal city and Sainte-Cécile Cathedral. You can also enjoy the countryside and Hiking in the heart of the Sidobre in the Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc.

Detached house (semi-detached with a garage), set in a quiet courtyard with two surrounding houses.

Access to a first south-facing covered terrace after 4/5 steps, which opens onto the air-conditioned living room.
- kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Senseo® pod coffee maker and refrigerator with freezer
- eat-in dining table in front of the kitchen
- lounge area with sofa, armchair, TV and board games

From the living room, access to the second north-facing terrace, with dining table, garden furniture and electric plancha.

Air-conditioned sleeping area, accessible from the living room via a small staircase with ten or so steps.

- bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and dressing room,
- bedroom with twin 80x200cm beds,

Outside: large courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage where you can park. In front of the house and all around the Holiday cottage, garden stretching over farmland. A 150-meter walk downhill from the Holiday cottage takes you to the small Poulobre stream, where you can cool your feet (if it doesn't dry up in summer).
