Between Lisle-sur-Tarn and Rabastens: an authentic Holiday cottage in the heart of the Vineyards of Gaillac, perfect for vacations with family or friends. A big house where you can get together, a large garden, a Piscine, a trampoline, it's all so simple on vacation! There's even a sauna, just in case the weather turns cooler. The magnificent bastide town of Lisle-sur-Tarn is just around the corner, and Rabastens is just a short drive away. Nestled in the heart of Gaillac's oldest vineyards, this is an ideal place to recharge your batteries, while still being just a stone's throw from the charming local bastides.

** LE GÎTE ** (HOLIDAY COTTAGE)
Completely independent house with private above-ground swimming pool, large sauna, huge enclosed garden with trees, small pond, trampoline (diameter 4.20 m) and swing.

First floor:
- large, fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace. Cooking hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo® filter and pod coffee maker, complete household appliances.
- large living room with dining area and sitting area with piano, TV and radio
- second, more intimate living room with library
- laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, chest freezer, baby equipment (Umbrella bed, booster seat, chair)
- large office,
- a sauna area at the back of the house with a 4-seater sauna, shower and sink.
Upstairs, the sleeping area with four bedrooms:
- A triple bedroom with a 160x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed,
- A Kids bedroom with a 140x190cm bed,
These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate toilet in the hallway.
- The third bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, and private bathroom: bath, WC and double washbasin.
- The last bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room: shower and washbasin, and separate WC in the bedroom.


Outside, enjoy the enclosed grounds planted with trees. Numerous outdoor games are available: rackets, balls, Kids petanque balls, badminton with net, archery. Private parking with shelter for two cars.

The above-ground swimming pool measures 8x5m, 1.30m high.
From the kitchen, access to a covered terrace with garden table and plancha.

Swimming and Fishing are not permitted in the small pond.

** Pets allowed: dogs only (owner allergic to cats). They are not allowed on the upper floor of the house or on the sofas, and must respect the wildlife in the garden (wild rabbits and other animals who wish to be left alone).
