An old renovated farmhouse in the Pays de Cocagne, totally independent, Holiday cottage for 12 people with private heated saltwater swimming pool.

The beautiful Holiday cottage at Les Barraques will welcome family and friends all year round, with its well-equipped and tastefully decorated rooms.
Beautiful Piscine overlooking a valley, huge covered terrace with garden furniture, pergola, plancha, barbecue, large garden and boulodrome. Piscine open from May 01 to September 15 (electric roller shutters).

Gaming room accessible from the outdoor terrace where the Piscine is located, with pool table, table soccer, electronic darts...

First floor: living room with fireplace and TV, open kitchen with all appliances, including food processors for those who want to cook on vacation! Also on the first floor, two bedrooms, shower room and toilet:
- Bedroom 1 with a 160x200cm bed.
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds, one 120x190cm and the other 90x190cm.

First floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath, WC:
- Bedroom 3: one 140x190cm bed
- Bedrooms 4 and 5, each with a 180x200cm bed and a 90x190cm bed.

Laundry room with large freezer, ice maker, washing machine and dryer.

Everything's included for a carefree vacation: bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning service, and even towels for the swimming pool!


Possibility of renting a reception room for up to 130 guests. Room rental to be arranged with owners, not included in Holiday cottage rental.

Tourist attractions: between Castres and Lautrec, the Countryside is green, yellow and undulating, with alternating fields of wheat and sunflowers. With the Mountain Noire on the horizon, time seems to stand still here. Scattered across the landscape, old stone-walled farmhouses are surrounded by fields. The Holiday cottage is just a stone's throw from Lautrec and its mill, in the Pays de Cocagne region.
