Le Soulié et son fournil

The house is immersed in an exceptional natural environment. Situated in the heart of the Monts de Lacaune, at the gateway to the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc and the Parc Régional des Grands Causses, it is bordered by a hiking trail and a river populated by wild trout and crayfish, offering younger guests the chance to swim. Comfortable, it's a pleasure to live in whatever the season: cool in summer, warm in winter. The choice of natural materials (wood, exposed stone, cotton, linen) and soft colors in harmony with its surroundings make it a welcoming place to be.

A garden suspended above the wooded park, built on the foundations of an ancient castle dating back to the year 1000, completes the unique character of this place where calm, peace and harmony reign.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **

Totally independent Holiday cottage in the small hamlet of Le Soulié. It is available in two formulas: one for 6 people (reference G440 on Gîtes de France®), the other for 9 people with a bedroom + shower room in the annex of the old bakery (reference G1859, Le Soulié et son Fournil).
Le Soulié et son Fournil's 9-person annex is located in the bakery adjoining the bread oven: gaming room with bikes, ping-pong table and a bedroom with two Cot 80x190 beds that can be twinned to form a 160x190 bed + an 80x190 bed on the mezzanine level of this bedroom, accessible by a ladder. Separate shower room and WC.

In the other building are :
First floor:
- living room, dining table, kitchen, separate WC. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, bread maker and waffle iron.
- Behind the kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and pantry.
Upstairs, three bedrooms:
- the first with two 90x190cm Bunk beds
- the second with two twin 80x190cm beds
- the third with a 180x200cm bed
- bathroom (bath)
- shower room
- separate WC

Wifi Internet connection and telephone.
Outside: verdant 2-hectare garden. Table tennis, badminton, 6 mountain bikes available. Garden table, deckchairs and round Weber barbecue.
Electric heating, wood stove in living room (first stere of wood free). Bed linen and towels supplied, cleaning service available at end of stay. Electricity: 16 kw per day included in the rental price, any surplus to be paid at the end of the stay at the current rate.
