For your vacations, this Holiday cottage will delight the whole family. You'll find a large garden with a lush green lawn, a spacious, well-equipped cottage, a covered swimming pool, a spa, and even a lake for fishing! Nearby: the Causses du Quercy, the Pays des Bastides albigeoises, the Monclar-de-Quercy Base de loisirs (swimming, games, picnic area...), the Gaillac Vineyard... You're halfway between Albi and Montauban, between Tarn and Tarn-et-Garonne.

Totally independent (access via a stone path approx. 200m long), this Holiday cottage opens onto the vast flower-filled grounds with garden furniture, barbecue, private covered swimming pool and 6-seater Spa, and on the other side onto the covered terrace offering panoramic views over the Countryside and the rooftops of the small village of Montdurausse.

- First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room, and living room with fireplace (insert) and TV. Kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge.
Also on the first floor: bedroom with 140x190cm bed, bathroom with shower, bath and double basin, separate toilet.

- Upstairs: mezzanine with sofa bed clic clac and access to the balcony, two bedrooms (one with a 140cm double bed, the other with twin 90cm single beds), and bathroom with shower and toilet.

A garage is located on the same level as the first floor, with a second fridge with freezer and drying rack. In the basement of the house, there's a second garage where you can leave your car if you need to, and where you'll find the washing machine if you need it.

Outside: large garden surrounding the house, covered terraces (in front and behind the house) and covered Piscine area with veranda for year-round swimming. Rigid Spa for 6 people.

For a carefree stay, utilities are included, and bed linen and towels provided. Electric heating.
