Giroussens, a charming village on a promontory above the Agout valley in the Tarn département between Albi and Toulouse, is renowned for its production of painted and lead-glazed terracotta. Visit places full of charm and history, such as the Châteaux Cathares, or the Circuit des Bastides with its perched villages. To continue your summer memories, don't leave without stocking up on Lautrec pink garlic (AOC), fine Gaillac wine, local charcuterie and flower honey.

When you arrive by a narrow lane, you'll have no idea what awaits you on the other side of the building! An endless view over the Countryside, a 2-hectare park planted with trees and flowers, a pond filled with magnificent lotuses whose blossoming in season is a feast for the eyes, another pond dedicated to Fishing with rowing boats, pedal boats and paddles at your disposal.

Entrance is via the south-facing facade, overlooking the garden, Piscine and lakes. The house offers generous volumes and refined decoration. The Holiday cottage is adjoining the owners' house, who live to the rear of the property.

** THE HOLIDAY COTTAGE **
First floor: living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, storeroom (washing machine and dryer), wc, bedroom accessible to the disabled with private shower room/wc.
Upstairs: four bedrooms, three of which have en-suite shower rooms with wc, the fourth communicates with another bedroom which has its own shower room.
Bed layout: one bedroom with a 140cm bed, two bedrooms each with a 160cm bed, one with a 160cm bed + 90cm bed and the last with two 90cm twin beds.

Piscine open from late May to early September, weather permitting, 12x6m with slope. Solarium and pool house with fully equipped summer kitchen and barbecue.
Petanque court, bicycles, ping-pong table, carport, reinforced socket for electric vehicles.
