The somewhat enigmatic name La Soursol certainly reveals the presence of water and a spring on the property. It's a pretty farmhouse, several hundred years old, on the banks of the Tarn.

These old buildings, renovated inside and decorated with care in the taste of yesteryear, retain their red brick walls and pebbles patiently plucked from the bed of the Tarn. The henhouse, woodshed, chapel and former pigsties are arranged around a shady, grassy patio planted with magnificent trees. The surrounding arcades evoke the image of a cloister.
Base de loisirs 2km away, Aiguelèze (swimming, water sports, tennis, golf, fishing), a great place for a bike ride.

La Soursol, with its patio and large park, offers a feeling of serenity in the heart of the Pays des Bastides, close to the bustle of Albi, its famous Episcopal City, and the thousand-year-old Vineyard of Gaillac.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo® filter and pod coffee maker, kettle and multi-function food processor (chopper).
Upstairs: three bedrooms (two with 90x190cm Bunk beds and a third with a 140x190cm bed). Bathroom with bath and washbasin.

Very large garden for Kids to run around and enjoy the games and swing set, lovely covered terrace ideal for outdoor meals in hot weather or when the weather is not so hot, charcoal barbecue.
Electric heating and/or wood heating.

During the summer, the owners live in the house next door, with independent access.
