Le Pigeonnier du Pradet

In the countryside, in the triangle Cordes-sur-Ciel (81), Najac (12) and St-Antonin-Noble-Val (82), our pigeon loft is at your disposal.

It's located in Le Riols, 14km from Cordes and 35km from Albi, in the Aveyron valley (river at 150 m) with beautiful, varied landscapes (geological fault) all around.

Until the French Revolution, only nobles were allowed to own a pigeon loft. In the past, pigeons were kept in the attic and grain was stored underneath. Since then, a dovecote has long been a symbol of standing.

We've transformed ours into a pleasant, comfortable gite, while preserving its authenticity. The setting is very pleasant and relaxing. We live next door, but your independent access and privacy are guaranteed.

The gite has a living room with kitchenette (recently refurbished), fully equipped, a shower room, two bedrooms, sleeping 4 to 5 people (1 double bed in one, 2 twin beds in the other, cot). Satellite TV with multimedia/DVD player and WIFI-ADSL internet connection available.

Terrace with barbecue. Direct access to the kitchen and discreet view of your private swimming pool (10 x 5 m. and 1.40 m deep). The property is set in a large area (1 ha) where your children can run around, swing on a swing, climb into a tree house, etc. There is also a ping-pong table and table soccer under cover (barn).

Pets are welcome. All charges are included (heating, electricity, water, cleaning) and services are offered: towels and sheets provided, not pool towels. Beds are made up on arrival.
