On the outskirts of Lavaur, this lovingly renovated pigeonnier invites you to enjoy an escape combining charm, comfort and nature. You're here on the edge of the City, in peaceful surroundings, just a few minutes from the historic center and its typical Markets. From this Holiday cottage, explore the villages of the Pays de Cocagne, the surrounding bastides, the Martels garden or UNESCO-listed Albi.

Designed for 4 people, this 3-storey Holiday cottage combines the character of an old building with modern, refined furnishings. The renovation highlights the volumes, with particular attention paid to decoration, materials and lighting, right down to the cupboards!

On the first floor, the bright, optimized living area opens wide to the outside. It includes a well-equipped kitchen (freezer, oven, espresso maker...), dining table, century-old sofa and TV. Each room is air-conditioned for optimum comfort.

Access to the two bedrooms is via a beautiful outside spiral staircase:
- 1st floor: bedroom with 160x200 bed, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, blackout curtains.
- On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, open-plan bathroom with bath, separate toilet, blackout blinds and superb exposed beams.

Outside, the large terrace shaded by an imposing tree is ideal for meals. At night, the soft lighting creates a magical atmosphere. The wooded garden, although not enclosed, guarantees peace and privacy. Here you'll hear birdsong, and perhaps catch a glimpse of deer in the early hours.

Parking is available, as are a barbecue, a plancha and even a charging point for electric vehicles. On the estate, a discreet guinguette and an escape game complete this original experience.
