Vineyards and a limestone dovecote: you're in Gaillac's thousand-year-old Vineyard! Here, wine is a history, a know-how, to be discovered and tasted.

As you'll see, the Vineyard lies in the heart of the Pays des Bastides region, each more charming and peaceful than the last, with its white stone walls steeped in history. To find out all about it, just ask Joëlle and Alain, they know the Vineyard like the back of their hand. Their son invites you to discover his production: the 3 Têtus wine.

Holiday cottage in a typical Gaillac loft, total immersion in the vines, stylish restoration (stained glass, wrought iron).

Independent, close to the owners and another dwelling, but not overlooked. Private, shady grounds with open courtyard and carport.

First floor:

- Kitchen and dining room with fireplace. Kitchen equipment: oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle...
- Living room with sofa, armchair and tv
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (160x200cm) and wardrobe
- Bathroom with sink, shower and washing machine
- Separate toilet

Upstairs, above the living room, in the former pigeonnier itself, is the second bedroom overlooking the vineyards, with a 140x190cm double bed.
