This simple, comfortable Holiday cottage is housed in an old dovecote typical of the Cordes region, facing the vineyards and built entirely of limestone. It is located in the heart of a farmhouse where the owner, a farmer and winegrower, also lives. On the first floor, the living area features an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining table. From here, a few steps lead up to the first bedroom, with its own separate toilet (in a corner of the room). This bedroom has a double bed (140x190). On the first floor, accessible from the first bedroom, is the second bedroom with its en-suite shower room equipped with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. Outside, you'll find a private garden and a small swimming pool (2.5 x 5.5 m, depth 1.10 m), ideal for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. The Piscine is open from June to September. The independence of the pigeonnier, its wine-growing environment and proximity to the major sites of the Tarn make it an ideal address for relaxation and discovery.
