Located in the owners' courtyard, each apartment is independent and not overlooked. Access to the dovecote is via a private garden.

First floor: air-conditioned living room with sitting area, TV and board games, dining table. Fully-equipped long kitchen: 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, Nespresso® pod coffee maker and French press coffee maker (no dishwasher). All 3 air-conditioning systems are reversible.
Air-conditioned bedroom with 160x200cm double bed.
Small bathroom with large shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine.

On the second floor, on the air-conditioned landing, a 90cm single bed, ideal for a first child or extra bed. Just above, on the slightly narrower second floor, a second 90cm bed, also suitable for a child.

Outside: terrace area in front of the entrance with dining table, barbecue and parasol. Small shady garden around the dovecote, from which you can see the owners' chickens. Parking space in front of the loft entrance.
