In the heart of the Vineyard of Gaillac, this brand-new Holiday cottage combines modern comfort with a privileged location. The terrace overlooks the organic vineyards of the Gaillac region, reputed to be one of the oldest vineyards in France. Nearby Gaillac, with its Saint-Michel abbey and wine estates, Albi and its World Heritage-listed cathedral, and Cordes-sur-Ciel, an emblematic village perched on a promontory, complete a rich and varied discovery of the Tarn. This fully air-conditioned, self-contained Holiday cottage is all on one level for optimum comfort. The living area features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge, designed for cooking, sharing meals or simply relaxing. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and opens onto the terrace. The second has a double bed (140x190), with clever features such as a fully-equipped fold-down desk and a wall-mounted Vevo folding baby diaper table. Baby bed available on request... Outside, the terrace naturally becomes your main living space, with its unobstructed view over the vineyards. You'll find garden furniture with a coffee table, a shaded dining area with a barbecue, sun blinds and a cutaway to enjoy the Tarn climate. Close to the Holiday cottage, the Piscine (8x4x1,4m) is shared with the owners. With your comfort in mind, we reserve priority use of the pool for you, with flexible opening hours so that you can enjoy your stay in complete tranquillity. Particular care has been taken to equip the Holiday cottage with high-quality appliances, wi-fi, and dimmable lighting to create a soft ambience in the evenings. To simplify your stay, bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival.
