The Viaur valley will appeal to lovers of nature and heritage. Countryside roads lead to Albi and its UNESCO-listed Episcopal City, the medieval bastides of Cordes-sur-Ciel or Najac, or the villages of Ségala. Hikers and cyclists will enjoy the many paths through forests and meadows, while bathing and fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the wild corners of the Viaur river. Farmers' Markets, local gastronomy and open landscapes give this region a simple, endearing charm.

The Holiday cottage, a detached house on the owners' property, is designed to comfortably accommodate two people in a warm atmosphere blending traditional materials with contemporary touches. On the first floor, the bright living room features an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, airfryer and Senseo coffee maker. The living room offers a comfortable relaxation area with connected TV. The shower room with WC is also on this level.

Upstairs, the Mezzanine bed offers a cosy ambience with a 140x190 double bed. Its sleek design, with a Japanese-style slatted bed base on the floor, complements the generous volumes of the Holiday cottage, where wood and stone create a warm atmosphere.

Outside, you'll enjoy a shaded terrace and a shared enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Parking is readily available close to the property.
