Le Moulin de la Garenne

A mill for vacations with family or friends, by the water. The Moulin de la Garenne is situated on the banks of the Cérou river, which flows into the Aveyron, in a privileged setting where calm reigns. The owner lives opposite your Holiday cottage and will offer you a private concert at the end of your stay, by the Piscine or the guinguette that he himself built above the river.

The Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 15 people, with extra beds (convertible sofas).
Access to the living room on the second floor of the house via an outside staircase.

- Entrance leads to the living room on the left, a shower and separate toilet in the hallway, and the kitchen on the right.
- Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, fridge and large freezer. A dishwasher is located in the garage on the first floor of the house.
- Living room with dining table (benches), sofas (one convertible), TV.
- Upstairs are the bedrooms, plus a convertible sofa-bed above the staircase for extra sleeping space:
- Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed
- Bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin

At the end of this terrace is an independent bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a 120x190cm Mezzanine bed. A closed toilet is located in the bedroom.

On the first floor of the house:
- Access to the garage with a room containing a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and dishwasher.
- On the other side of the house, independent bedroom accessible from outside on the first floor: 140x190cm bed and closed toilet with washbasin.

SWIMMING POOL: large private area with swimming pool, pétanque court and kitchen area. Access to the terrace is from the outside, around 150 meters on foot from the Holiday cottage entrance. This large outdoor area is private to the gîte, and the owner cleans the Piscine in the mornings. You'll find a covered terrace, barbecue and indoor kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge and crockery.

You can park easily in front of the Holiday cottage, or use the covered parking area a few meters away.
