Le Mazage des Trégans is a traditional farm on the Gaillac plain, in a loop of the Tarn, behind the small airfield and the Longueville stadium. Absolute peace and quiet, yet so close to the hustle and bustle of Gaillac! Take advantage of your vacation to discover the bastides of Albi, stroll through the narrow streets of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, or explore the Vineyards and estates for which the region is famous.

A family heirloom, Eric and Aude have completely renovated and refurbished this large building, with a rare attention to detail, comfort and equipment. Totally independent Holiday cottage with front courtyard, garden (6000m²), private heated Piscine.

First floor: large living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, lounge.
Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms:

- Rugby room, double bed 140x190
- bathroom with 120cm shower and bathtub, washbasin
- second bathroom with 160cm shower and double washbasin.

Fully equipped: induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, American-style fridge-freezer, food processor...

Everything is designed for leisure activities for young and old alike: Bonzini B60 table soccer, ping-pong table, XBOX 360 console with DDUR games + 2 joysticks, home cinema and amplifier, 55' flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, SD MP3 card player, mixer... as well as deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, etc.

Piscine heated from early June to September 15, depending on weather and night-time temperature.
Bed linen and towels supplied, end-of-stay cleaning service included.
The interior is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
For the winter season, a contribution to heating costs will be requested.
