Located right next to Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed episcopal city, the Mas de l'Olivier is the ideal base from which to discover the treasures of the Tarn region: stroll through old Alby, admire Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, cross the Pont Vieux and visit the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum housed in the former Palais de la Berbie. A few kilometers away, the hilltop village of Lautrec, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, plunges you into the heart of the Pays de Cocagne, the historic land of pastel. Nature and heritage lovers will also appreciate the green hills, country roads dotted with bastides and the Gaillac vineyards, for an authentic immersion in Tarn culture. Close to the owner's house, the Holiday cottage is set in an outbuilding of the old farm, which has been completely renovated. The wellbeing area includes a heated indoor swimming pool measuring 2.50 x 4 m and 1.30 m deep, a sauna and a giant screen for you to enjoy while you bathe. From here, you enter the Holiday cottage. The first floor comprises an air-conditioned living room with an open kitchen equipped with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and Nespresso pod coffee maker. The living area features a dining table, a high-quality Roche Bobois sofa bed with a real 160 x 200 cm mattress offering two extra beds, and a TV with Netflix. A bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, you'll find the air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed. Outside, you'll enjoy a private, enclosed courtyard with a terrace offering a beautiful view of the Tarn countryside. A pergola lets you take full advantage of the space, even in the hottest weather. There's also a brazier, a pizza oven and a brand-new boulodrome for sharing convivial moments. Access is secured by an electric gate, with parking inside the property.
