Le Jardin des Iris

Calm and relaxation: the key words for your stay. Le Jardin des Iris lies in the eastern part of the Tarn, not far from the Aveyron foothills, surrounded by green hills where flocks of sheep are not uncommon. These are the breeding grounds for Roquefort cheese.

Away from the noise and pollution of the City, you leave the village of Alban and drive for 6km on a small Countryside road through fields and woods, before arriving in the small hamlet of a dozen inhabitants where your vacation home is located.

Rousslana and Jean are organic plant growers and will be delighted to show you their production of vegetable plants, herbs and organic vegetables in season. They will share with you their simple way of life, in harmony with nature and respect for the environment. For a restful, rejuvenating stay, or to discover a new way of life that's good for your health and fitness.


** LE GÎTE **

Holiday cottage with separate entrance leading to the living room, including a simple kitchen (top refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and French press coffee maker) opening onto the dining table and lounge area. From the main living area, you can access the covered balcony with its unobstructed view of the green hillside, to take full advantage of the bucolic setting.

From the living room, access to the shower room with large shower, washbasin and toilet. Second access to balcony from shower room with glass door.

Bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and chest of drawers.

In the living room: sofa bed offering a comfortable 140x190cm berth. Possibility of adding a single extra bed by folding out the second sofa and adding a 1-seater mattress on top (in the living room).

Access to an open mezzanine above the living room, with low ceiling height for an additional 2-person extra bed (mattress on floor). Access via miller's ladder.

Parking in front of the Holiday cottage. Garden shared with the owners, providing ample green space amid the property's organic plantings. Excellent 4G access to the village.
