In the heart of the mysterious Sidobre region, between Castres and Lacaune, the Moulin de Record invites you to a timeless interlude. Just a few minutes from Brassac and Ferrières, down the winding Guyor road (D66), you'll discover an imposing seigniorial mill, guardian of past centuries, nestled at the bottom of a wild, verdant valley.
Here, everything exudes nature and serenity. Gabriele and Jean-Pierre welcome you to their warm Holiday cottages, where birdsong and the murmur of the river punctuate your days. Let yourself be carried away by the gentle pace of life: trout fishing on the edge of the Holiday cottage (March to September), natural swimming in the clear water, crayfish-hunting escapades... without mosquitoes or stifling summer heat.
As a gift, a guided tour of the Moulin will plunge you into its secrets of yesteryear, between the Albigensian Crusade and the Wars of Religion. A moving journey to the heart of a place steeped in history, to share with family and friends.
Holiday cottage LE HAVRE SAUVAGE, 38m² on 2 levels, with 1 bedroom, fitted out in 2012 in an outbuilding of the Moulin, with large terrace overlooking the river, to contemplate the nature that surrounds us.
Living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area, sitting area with sofa bed (comfortable 160x200 bed), separate toilet and shower room.
The miller's ladder leads to the mezzanine bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 100x200 single bed. This Holiday cottage sleeps up to 5. Wifi Internet access.
Covered BBQ area next to the Holiday cottage, with large table and benches.
Baby bed available on request.
Washing machine next door (shared with other Holiday cottages).

Amoureux de la nature, de l'histoire et de l'authenticité, nous aimons partager le charme et la sérénité de ce lieu avec nos visiteurs, dans un esprit de convivialité et de simplicité.
Nous avons à cœur de proposer un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux: nous prenons plaisir à vous faire découvrir l'histoire vivante du moulin, à vous conseiller sur les randonnées, la pêche ou les trésors du Sidobre, et à vous aider à profiter pleinement de votre séjour. Attentifs et disponibles, nous souhaitons que chacun se sente bien ici, en harmonie avec la nature, loin du tumulte et proche de l'essentiel.

À seulement quelques minutes de Brassac et de Ferrières, en descendant la petite route sinueuse de Guyor (D66), vous découvrirez, niché au fond d'une vallée sauvage et verdoyante, un imposant moulin seigneurial, gardien des siècles passés.
Ici, tout respire la nature et la sérénité. Nous vous accueillons dans nos gîtes chaleureux, où le chant des oiseaux et le murmure de la rivière rythment vos journées. Laissez-vous porter par la douceur de vivre : pêche à la truite au bord du gîte (de mars à septembre), baignades naturelles dans l'eau claire, escapades à la recherche des écrevisses... sans moustiques ni étouffante chaleur estivale.
En cadeau, une visite guidée du Moulin vous plongera dans ses secrets d'antan, entre Croisade des Albigeois et Guerres de Religion. Un voyage émouvant au cœur d'un lieu chargé d'histoire.
