Just 10 minutes away is Cordes-sur-Ciel, one of the Tarn's most famous bastides and one of France's most beautiful villages. Just a stone's throw away, the Vineyard of Gaillac can be explored on foot, or by car to discover the Pays des Bastides Médiévales (Puycelci, Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Lisle-sur-Tarn). Beyond the deep Forest de la Grésigne, the Aveyron Gorges offer a natural setting for a wide range of activities (canoeing, climbing). Here again, discover picturesque villages such as Penne or Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val.

**The Holiday cottage**

Holiday cottage in a farmhouse where the owner also lives. Accessed via an upstairs staircase, you enter the 20m² lounge area, an extension to the stone building, with panoramic windows.
The 15m² open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, pod coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, electric mixer, chopper, mixer, citrus press.

Sleeping area: two bedrooms with exposed beams. Bed 160x200cm in one, 2 beds 90x200cm in the other. Separate shower room and toilet.

Pergola with Jacuzzi
A 30 m² pergola with garden table, 4 deckchairs, coffee table, gas plancha. The jacuzzi (2mx2m) for 4 adults is located under the pergola in an enclosed area, so you can enjoy it during colder periods.
Please note: To avoid unnecessary energy costs, we recommend that you schedule access to the jacuzzi at certain times of the year, so that the owner can pre-heat it for your comfort (24 hours of heating are required).

Private parking. The owner, who is very discreet, is likely to come into the courtyard to feed the chickens and maintain the property.
