In Labastide-de-Lévis, this farmhouse Holiday cottage immerses you in a region branded with winegrowing history, vineyard landscapes and proximity to major Tarn sites. You can discover the Vineyard of Gaillac, meet the local winemakers, stroll through Cordes-sur-Ciel or visit Albi and its Episcopal City, a Unesco World Heritage site. Lovers of heritage, gastronomy and walking will appreciate the variety of activities nearby, in a quiet, rural setting. This detached, fully air-conditioned 100m² house, located close to the owners' home, can accommodate up to 6 people in a relaxing family setting. On the first floor, you'll find a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo, followed by a small relaxation room with sofa. The living room, on the other side of the main staircase, features a connected TV and a pleasant library area. Upstairs is the sleeping area, with a shower room equipped with a walk-in shower with thermostatic mixer tap and separate WC.
There are three bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 x 160x200 bed - Bedroom 2: 1 x 140x190 bed - Bedroom 3: 1 x 160x200 bed Complete baby equipment: changing mat, Umbrella bed, bathtub, high chair, safety gates for the staircase Outside, you'll find a dining and relaxation area in front of the house, ideal for socializing. A private outdoor swimming pool heated to 27° (8x4m, 1.20m deep), open from June to September, secured by alarm and gates, completes the ensemble. Parking is easy in the enclosed courtyard, with the possibility of sheltering a vehicle. A laundry room with washing machine is also available.
