A large, independent Holiday cottage in the heart of the Sidobre region, perfect for bringing your tribe together in a soothing natural setting, with swimming spa, sauna and vast areas dedicated to everyone's comfort.

Located in Le Bez, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, the Holiday cottage is an easy way to discover the Sidobre region, renowned for its unique granite landscapes and characterful villages. You'll quickly reach its famous rock formations, such as the Peyro Clabado and Roc de l'Oie, real curiosities that appeal to families and photo enthusiasts alike. Brassac, just a few minutes away, offers a lively atmosphere with its medieval bridge, summer events and local shops. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy mushroom-picking, mountain-biking trails or sporting and cultural events in the Agout valley.

The first floor features a large, convivial living room with fireplace, TV, piano and library, followed by a dining room with a large table. The separate kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, including a cooking piano. A first bedroom (180x200 adjustable bed) with private shower room is accessible from the room, perfect for ground-level access. A laundry room, separate WC and an additional shower room for Spa users complete this level.

Upstairs, 3 additional bedrooms and 2 shower rooms with WC give everyone their own space.

An annex accessible from the outside or the terrace offers a 2nd fully-equipped living room (lounge, TV, jukebox, table soccer, kitchenette) as well as a family room (1 bed 180×200 + 1 Bunk beds 90×200) and a private shower room, perfect for gaining autonomy or hosting a small seminar.

Outside, you'll find a vast 2-hectare wooded park, a shaded terrace near the bread oven, a heated year-round swimming Spa, a sauna and a pétanque court.
