Large Holiday cottage for 14 people, ideal for family vacations or get-togethers with friends, with a lovely private swimming pool (9.5x4x1.75m) heated from June to mid-September. Self-contained Holiday cottage, 20 minutes from the Cité Episcopale, on the Albi-Rodez axis (interchange 2 minutes away), in an agricultural hamlet in the Ségala region.
First floor: large living room/fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, TV room, laundry room, shower room with cloakroom-style showers, wc.
The 5 bedrooms are on the second floor, along with a sofa-bed relaxation area. Bathroom (bath and shower) + shower room + 2 wc. Two double bedrooms (bed 160X200), two triple bedrooms (bed 140X190 + single bed 90X190), the last of which can accommodate up to 4 people (bed 140X190 + 2 single beds 90X190, one of which is a pull-out bed).
On the second floor, the attic has been transformed into a huge activity room (140m²) that can be used as a gaming room, work room, seminar room... Billiards, table soccer, TV corner with sofa and armchair. Air conditioning is only available on this floor.
A private pétanque court is available.

Un deuxième week-end entre amis dans ce magnifique gîte, nous nous sommes régalé . Il faisait moins beau que la première fois donc nous avons plus profité du terrain de pétanque,du babyfoot et du billard que de la piscine cette fois ci ! Merci à Sandra et Bruno pour leur chaleureux acceuil.

Twee Families Een geweldig verblijf!
Ons verblijf van 2 weken was in 1 woord: GEWELDIG!!
De ontmoeting bij aankomst met de host was heel plezierig. De host zijn erg vriendelijk en ondanks de taalbarrière redelijk met elkaar kunnen communiceren via Google translate. De accommodatie was ontzettend schoon, nog nooit zo’n schoon vakantiehuis gehad. Echt super top!! Het is heel ruim en praktisch ingericht. Meer dan voldoende ruimte voor 14 personen. Ook de ruimte om het huis is fantastisch. Wij waren 2 weken met 2 gezinnen (totaal 14 personen) op vakantie, door de ruimte in en om het huis hebben we dit geen moment als ‘veel’ ervaren. De chillzolder, met pooltafel en voetbaltafel, is ook goed gebruikt door de jeugd. En natuurlijk was de kers op de taart: het zwembad! We hebben 2 hele warme weken gehad, wat een heerlijkheid om dan een privé zwembad te hebben! ‘s Avonds gezellig de buitenverlichting aan en heel veel lange avondjes gezelligheid gehad in het buitenverblijf. Het is echt een privé stek, er is helemaal niemand te zien daar.Het enige nadeel waren de vele vliegen tijdens het eten. Dit kan ons inziens eenvoudig opgelost worden door een aantal waaiers aan het plafond te hangen, zodat door de luchtverplaatsing de vliegen niet komen.
Al met al een fantastische plek om in alle rust vakantie te houden! Een top accommodatie en een súper schone accommodatie!

Nelly Un petit goût de vacances
C'était notre troisième séjour dans ce gîte et notre premier en saison estivale. Un vrai plaisir de découvrir la piscine et le cadre extérieur très agréable ! La terrasse couverte, la vue, le terrain de pétanque, l'endroit est parfait pour déconnecter et passer de bons moments entre amis !
Seul petit bémol : une grande quantité de mouches, assez pénibles lors des repas extérieurs... C'est malheureusement le pris à payer pour la campagne !
