In Pont-de-l'Arn, just a stone's throw from Mazamet and the green landscapes of the Mountain Noire, this Holiday cottage welcomes you for a break for two, in a quiet, easily accessible environment. You're in the southern Tarn region, in the Parc Naturel du Haut-Languedoc, at the crossroads of many must-see sites, including the suspended footbridge at Mazamet, the medieval village of Hautpoul, Lake des Montagnès, the Barouge golf course and the Passa Païs greenway, ideal for walking and cycling. Castres, with its historic center and Goya Museum, is just 20 minutes away, and you can even take a day trip to Albi or Gaillac to discover their rich heritage and vineyards.

This Holiday cottage, adjoining the owner's house, offers a beautiful, unobstructed view over Mazamet and the surrounding wooded hills. On one level and with a surface area of 45 m², it is designed for two people, in a simple, functional and pleasant atmosphere.

The main room combines a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with TV. Air-conditioning ensures optimum comfort in the hot summer months.
The bright bedroom has a 140x190 bed. A shower room completes the set. Separate WC.

Outside, you'll find a table where you can enjoy your meals in the shade of the parasol.
The garden at the rear of the house is shared with the owner. There's also a parking space in the courtyard, secured by an automatic gate.
