In Verdalle, in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne and on the edge of the Mountain Noire, you'll be staying in an area on a human scale, appreciated for its undulating landscapes, discreet forests and villages marked by history. Sorèze, with its abbey-school and pretty little streets, is just a few minutes away, as is Lake Saint-Ferréol, ideal for swimming, strolls or shady breaks. Castres, its Goya Museum and its houses on the Agout river offer a pleasant cultural interlude, while the abbeys of Dourgne add a unique heritage and spiritual dimension. Hiking, cycling and leisurely strolling enthusiasts will also appreciate the many paths that criss-cross the surrounding Countryside.

Semi-detached from the owner's house, this simple, well-appointed holiday cottage is a haven of peace and quiet.
On the first floor, the separate kitchen is functional and well-equipped (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee maker). It communicates with a bright living room, featuring a fireplace, a sitting area with connected TV and a dining area. Direct access to the outside facilitates outdoor living in fine weather. A separate toilet completes this level.

Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a bathroom with a bathtub used as a shower, and a washing machine. The two bedrooms are located on the same landing:
- one with a 160x200cm bed
- one bedroom with two 90x190 beds

Outside, the enclosed garden is a real asset, especially for families. The terrace, equipped with garden furniture and parasol, is ideal for outdoor dining, reading or relaxing. Parking is easy in front of the house.
