Raoul's Holiday cottage, in an old farmhouse full of character, has been completely renovated to offer a comfortable, authentic place to stay. Here, the spirit of the place has been preserved, with traditional materials and modern fittings, to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Away from the hustle and bustle, on the edge of a little country road with very little traffic, the Holiday cottage enjoys a peaceful natural setting. Situated between the Albigeois, Plateau Cordais and Ségala regions, it's an ideal location for exploring the many facets of the Tarn region. Whether you're looking for cultural discoveries, walks or gourmet delights, it's all within easy reach. Just a few kilometers away, Albi reveals itself with elegance. Its impressive cathedral dominates the City, while the Palais de la Berbie houses the Toulouse-Lautrec Museums. Take a stroll through its narrow streets or along the river Tarn, and you'll discover a rich, lively city steeped in history. For a more intimate getaway, Monestiés offers a timeless interlude. This medieval village, discreet and full of charm, invites you to take a stroll. Between its peaceful streets and the Saint-Pierre church, home to a remarkable collection of polychrome statues, the visit is gentle and inspiring, complemented by the Bajen Véga museum. Raoul's Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 7 people. It comprises two Holiday cottages: L'Oustal (5 people) and Le Fénil (2 people), offering comfort and conviviality while allowing everyone to retain their privacy. There are three bedrooms, two shower rooms, two fully-equipped kitchens (ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and espresso machine...), as well as two terraces ideal for outdoor dining.

Outside, a large enclosed courtyard completes the ensemble, with garden furniture and barbecue for convivial outdoor moments. Sleeping accommodation comprises double beds (140x190) and a single bed (90x190).

In the basement, there's a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, plus space for bikes and motorcycles. For optimum comfort in all seasons, the Holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Bed linen and towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
