In Lavaur, in the Pays de Cocagne region, this self-catering accommodation, next door to the owners, is a convenient base for exploring the Tarn region, while enjoying pleasant, well-equipped surroundings. It's within easy reach of the city center and the main roads, while remaining close to the typical landscapes of the Countryside. Visits to Saint-Alain cathedral, the Martels gardens, the village of Lautrec or Cordes-sur-Ciel are all within easy reach. Albi, with its UNESCO-listed episcopal city, can also be easily explored during the day.

The accommodation, entirely on one level, is configured to accommodate up to 4 people, with a level of equipment appreciated for this type of capacity. It comprises two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. This organization makes for fluid use of the accommodation, with no sharing constraints, and is equally suited to two couples or a family.

The central living area includes a lounge with connected TV, a dining area and a fully-equipped open kitchen (with Tassimo and bean-to-cup coffeemaker). The whole is designed for efficient daily use, with the latest equipment. Discreet, intuitive home automation completes the package to make living easier.

Outside, the covered terrace under a bioclimatic pergola offers a sheltered space for meals or relaxation, in direct continuity with the shared garden. The heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m, maximum depth 1.45 m), protected by a dome, is accessible in season.

In addition, a Wellbeing area with sauna, Hammam and Jacuzzi is available as an optional extra, subject to booking with the owner. A pétanque court is also available.
