Marican facing the Montagne Noire At an altitude of 520 m in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc, between the Plateau des Lacs and the Montagne Noire, this cosy gîte welcomes all nature lovers: hikers, mountain bikers, fishermen, hunters, etc.

Close to the owners' house, access to the first floor via an outside staircase. Garden level: enclosed courtyard (garden furniture, barbecue), laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, storage for leisure equipment). First floor: covered terrace (garden furniture), fully-equipped kitchen (full set of pots and pans, microwave, gas stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), living room (double sofa bed, TV, DVD player, games, reading material, Nature Park teaching kit, games console, fireplace with wood-burning insert), bedroom (double bed, cot).
On the upper ½ floor: bedroom with private shower room (one double bed, two single bunk beds, loggia access), shower room, separate toilet.


Electric heating. Wifi free of charge. Linen and towels provided.
