A former workshop turned contemporary Holiday cottage, in the heart of a village steeped in history in the Parc naturel du Haut Languedoc .

In Sorèze, at the foot of the Mountain Noire, this atypical Holiday cottage welcomes you in a privileged natural environment, a stone's throw from the village and its emblematic abbey-school. Located within the boundaries of the Grand Site Occitanie "Aux sources du Canal du Midi", this place exudes authenticity: lush green valleys, forests, waterways, lakes, the ancient mills of the Sor valley, as well as farmers' markets, sporting activities and heritage to discover. This Holiday cottage was born from the careful renovation of a former cabinet-making workshop, in a contemporary spirit and respectful of the existing building. Local craftsmen gave life to a project where wood, natural materials and light take center stage. A light-filled 6-person Holiday cottage with a ground-floor living area featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, and a large bay window opening onto the leafy garden. The Holiday cottage has also been awarded the Refuge LPO label, a real plus for lovers of nature and observation. Sorèze is served by 2 greenways linking it to Revel, 6 km away; the Coteaux greenway passes in front of the Holiday cottage and links up with the VIA OCCITANIA . Numerous hiking trails lead from Sorèze to the Mountain Noire; hiking guides are available; in Sorèze, the BEE'S station can rent you electric bikes and offer self-guided Hiking tours in the Mountain Noire.Lake St Ferréol, 3 km away, offers a swimming area (supervised in July and August) and a Base de loisirs (pedalo, bike and sailing rentals....). 15 km away, La Canopée dentelée accrobranche in La Pomarède, with courses for children and adults.
