On the outskirts of Albi, in the north-east of the Tarn, Saint-Jean-de-Marcel invites you between Ségala and the Cérou valley. This lush, green area is ideal for relaxing with family or friends in the peace and quiet, while remaining close to some remarkable sites. Discover Albi and its Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Further afield, don't miss Cordes-sur-Ciel, Najac, or the villages of the Viaur valley. Hiking, farmers' markets, hilltop villages and rural heritage await you for a holiday full of discoveries.

This is the setting for this large detached house, designed to accommodate up to 12 people in great comfort. With a surface area of 240 m², the Holiday cottage is perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation, with reversible air conditioning in all rooms and wifi.

On the first floor, the entrance hall leads to the various rooms:
- On one side, a modern, spacious kitchen with large dining table, and a cosy living room with connected TV,
- On the other, a first bedroom with 160x200 bed and private shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, accessed via a beautiful wooden staircase :
- a 4-person family room with a 160x200 bed + two 90x190 beds, en-suite shower room and WC,
- two bedrooms with 160x200 beds,
- one bedroom with 140x200 bed,
- bathroom with double shower,
- a second separate WC.

An adjoining building houses a billiard room on the second floor, perfect for relaxing evenings.

Outside, the large covered terrace opens onto a private swimming pool (8x4 m, 1.40 m deep) secured by a roller shutter, with sauna, shower, sun loungers and poufs for lounging. There's also a pétanque court, enclosed garden, ping-pong table and darts. A plancha completes the outdoor dining facilities. Private parking right next door.
