In the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, the Holiday cottage is ideally located for discovering the region, with many activities nearby such as Hiking, cycling, wine tasting and visiting historic sites. Cahuzac-sur-Vere is a peaceful, leafy village close to the River Vineyard and the Gaillac vineyards.


** LE GÎTE **

Charming stone cottage with exposed beams, sleeps up to 4. The owner lives a few meters to the rear of the gîte, but you have a terrace at the front of the house allowing you to be independent and enjoy the view over the Countryside.

First floor:
- Entrance hall with functional wood-burning stove.
- Open-plan kitchen with large fridge and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, food processor, Smeg© coffee maker (ground coffee), juicer, hand blender, toaster.
- Living room with dining area and TV. Large bay window opens onto terrace.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate toilet in hallway, laundry room with washing machine.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms. The first has a 160x200cm bed, and the second is smaller, with two 90x190cm beds that can be moved closer together.

A large, unenclosed garden surrounds the house, with a small wood to the rear of the Holiday cottage where you can enjoy the shade of the trees and vines just a few yards away. Parking available in front of the house.
