At the gateway to the Ségala region, in the Countryside of the Tarn, this Holiday cottage welcomes you for a relaxing stay just 20 km from Albi, whose Episcopal City is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and 23 km from Cordes-sur-Ciel, a magnificent hilltop town. Nearby Aveyron, Rodez can be reached in 40 minutes. Semi-detached from the owners' house, the gîte features a private terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Air-conditioned, on one level with a few steps down to the terrace and inside, the living room features a kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge (TV). Fully equipped kitchen: gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster (no dishwasher - private washing machine).
The Holiday cottage has two bedrooms: - one with 1 bed 140×190 cm and 1 bed 90×190 cm, - one with 1 bed 160×200 cm, TV and direct access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Outside: furnished terrace, garden furniture, dining table, barbecue / plancha. Piscine open from June 1 to September 30. Parking available in a closed parking lot (shared with the owners) or in front of the Holiday cottage, on a road with little traffic. You may come across the owners' two patous, as impressive as they are friendly. An ideal starting point for discovering the Tarn and its treasures, in a peaceful, green setting.
