Le Chant des Fleurs

They say flowers sing! Damask, Bourbon, Ayrshire... so many rose names and varieties to be found in the garden of Le Chant des Fleurs.

Located in a quiet, residential area of Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe, you're just a 10-minute walk from the city center, where you'll find bakeries, butchers, restaurants and more. You can even walk to the medieval Souterrain du Castela, 1km from the Holiday cottage.

If you leave Saint-Sulpice, you'll find the Ludolac leisure center 6km away, with pedalos, canoes, paddleboats, a water playground, mini-golf and farmers' markets in summer. If you don't have enough flowers around you, Les Jardins des Martels is 10km away, with 35,000m² of varied gardens, exotic greenhouse, banana plantation, mini-farm... Don't forget that you're in the Pays de Cocagne, and discover the history of this plant with its yellow flowers and unique blue leaves.


**HOLIDAY COTTAGE**

Detached house on the second floor, above the garage (not accessible). Balcony with garden furniture and sun awning. You can enter through the bay window into the dining room, or through the front door into the hallway that leads to all the rooms in the house. Wifi available.

- Separate kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge, crepe maker. From the kitchen, a door leads to the rear of the house with an outside staircase.

- Dining room with fireplace and sitting area with TV

- Bathroom with bath and double washbasin. Separate WC.

- Star bedroom: 140x190cm bed and wardrobes

- Chambre Les Glantines : bed 140x190cm

- Chambre peluche, a smaller room with a 120x190cm single bed.

Outside: the garden surrounds the entire house with its many flowers. The land is fenced on all sides, but the back of the house is only separated by a hedge that overlooks the owners' house. You can park right in front of the house, in the courtyard with a closed gate.
