Located on the outskirts of Brassac, Le Chalet de Brassac combines the charm of a lively village with the peace and quiet of the adjoining Forest. You'll be staying in an area of the Tarn where nature and heritage blend harmoniously. Brassac's medieval bridge and narrow shopping streets are within easy walking distance, while the surrounding countryside is ideal for both family outings and challenging Hiking tours. From the Holiday cottage, it takes just a few minutes to reach the first hills of the Sidobre, renowned for their monumental rocks, and it's easy to continue on to the Monts de Lacaune or the Agout valley for a variety of discoveries.

This independent, single-storey Holiday cottage offers a welcoming atmosphere inspired by the traditional chalet. The main room houses the living room, dining area and open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, blender and filter coffee maker. This light-filled space is designed so you can prepare your meals and share convivial moments after your days out.

The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 140x190 double bed with storage space.
- Bedroom 2: 2x90x190 double bed or flexible configuration to suit your needs.

The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. Everything has been designed to make your stay simple, practical and comfortable.

Outside, you'll enjoy a very large enclosed garden of 1700 m², with fruit trees and a shady lawn area. A terrace allows you to enjoy your meals outside, and a barbecue is at your disposal, with wood provided. Private parking ensures easy arrival.
The Holiday cottage has direct access to the Forest on one side and to the village on the other, so you can enjoy a variety of pleasures between nature and nearby services.
