Enjoy a house in an enclosed area from which you can easily reach the main places of interest in the Tarn:

- Albi and its famous Cité Episcopale, Sainte Cécile Cathedral and the Toulouse Lautrec and Lapérouse Museums.
- Castres, famous for its rugby team, its houses overlooking the Agoût river, the Jardin de l'Evéché, the Goya Museum and more.
- Lautrec and its mill, the Pays de Cocagne
- The royal bastide of Réalmont, and its Market, renowned throughout the Occitanie region.

Newly-built detached house on Antonia and Didier's property. The property is enclosed and planted with trees, with its own entrance. Private parking in front of the property or directly in front of the Holiday cottage. Covered terrace, plancha.

Ground floor:
- fully-equipped open kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Senseo® pod coffee maker, induction hob...
- dining area and living room with TV.

- laundry room with freezer, washing machine and baby equipment (high chair, cot, bathtub).
- large bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed, plus a sofa-bed that converts to a 90cm extra bed.
- bathroom (shower, wc, large washbasin)

First floor :
- air-conditioned attic bedroom, on an open mezzanine accessible via a steep staircase. Single bed 90x190cm and double bed 140x190cm.

Piscine shared with the owners (who rarely bathe, but maintain it daily!). Dimensions: 6x10m, progressive bottom from 0.90cm to 1.55m. The Piscine is not heated, but is covered by an easy-to-open "bubble".

You can also make the most of the owners' garden and play pétanque in the shade on the property's wide driveway.

Bed linen provided, bathroom linen supplied, end-of-stay cleaning service extra.

Bicycles can be parked in a secure room nearby.
