** LE GÎTE ** (HOLIDAY COTTAGE)
In a hamlet near the village of Puybegon, this house overlooks 6000m² of wooded grounds. The owner lives on site, in the semi-buried part of the house. There are 2 independent, unoverlooked entrances to the house: the Holiday cottage entrance is on the ground floor (first level of the house) in front of the large parking lot, the owner's entrance is on the opposite side.

First floor:
- living room overlooking the Piscine and the woods, through large bay windows (south-west facing). Sofas, TV with additional channels
- open-plan kitchen: American fridge, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas hob, filter and bean-to-cup coffee maker, small electrical appliances and cooking utensils for vacation meals. A wood-burning stove, in addition to the underfloor heating system, will enhance your winter evenings.

First floor:
- 3 bedrooms (two with 140x190cm beds and one with a 160x190cm bed)
- bathroom with shower and bath, washing machine, separate toilet
- mezzanine with board games, exercise bike and massage chair!

Outside, fenced grounds:
- 10x5m private swimming pool, covered by a dome with sliding windows. Heated, with jacuzzi area. Open from May to September
