An ideal base for visiting the surrounding area, we're just 5 minutes from the Toulouse-Albi freeway, halfway between Toulouse's Place du Capitole and Albi's majestic Sainte-Cécile cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The Vineyard of Gaillac and its friendly winegrowers await you for a tasting or an aperitif-concert in summer. For a refreshing break, the Rabastens Beach, supervised in summer, is less than 3km away, where you can swim in the Tarn under the ramparts.

You occupy the first floor of the owners' house, with a private entrance, and have 90m² on one level to accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 Kids.
Entrance with kitchen on the left, living room on the right, 3 bedrooms, small shower room and separate toilet.
- Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso® pod coffee maker.
- Living room with dining table and lounge area with TV and board games
- One bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm
- One bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and a wardrobe bed for a 120 x 190 cm bed
- One bedroom with a 140x190cm sofa bed and a high Cabin bed with 90x190cm mattress

Outside: large green spaces where you can relax in the shade of a tree, enjoy a barbecue, play a game of pétanque or molkky. A dining table is available under the trees, offering a beautiful unobstructed view of the Countryside.

The property has around 1 hectare of grounds where you can take a stroll. Entrance to the Holiday cottage is via a courtyard shared with a year-round rental. Parking available in front of the Holiday cottage.
