- Ground floor: kitchen open to the dining room. Kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, washing machine, pod coffee maker (Senséo) and filter coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster.
Living room with TV and board games; bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and an adjoining bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink).
- Upstairs: bedroom with two 90x190cm single beds, bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, a 90x190cm bed, and a baby bed. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Electric heating + wood-burning stove in the living room. Baby Equipment (high chair, baby bed, and baby bathtub).

Renovations have been completed, and the bedding has been replaced and is entirely new (box spring, mattress, comforter, and pillows) to provide you with greater comfort. The windows are now double-glazed aluminum, and the skylights are equipped with roller shutters to better insulate this historic home.

Las Xoyos, a traditional farmhouse typical of the Cordais Plateau, built entirely of white stone and renovated by the owners into a charming holiday cottage. Standing alone, surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers, it is the perfect rural retreat for a family vacation in the Countryside.
In this peaceful setting, on warm summer nights, you can simply enjoy the magic of the starry sky and soak up the serene atmosphere—all while being so close to the bustling medieval town of Cordes-sur-Ciel, a major regional tourist destination. The Bastides of Albi, the Grésigne Forest, the Aveyron Gorges, and Najac Castle will satisfy your curiosity and your love of historic architecture and heritage—not to mention, of course, the famous Episcopal City of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
