Isolated, completely self-contained cottage in the countryside on the Cordes plateau

Large plot surrounded by fields and vineyards with pleasant covered terrace.
- First floor: kitchen opening onto dining room. Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, washing machine, pod (Senséo) and filter coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Living room with TV and board games, bedroom with 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower, wc and washbasin).
- Upstairs: bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and bed (90x190cm) and baby bed. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet.

Electric heating + wood stove in living room. Baby equipment (high chair, cot and bath).

Renovation work is underway in our Holiday cottage, photos will be updated as soon as possible. The bedding has been changed and is brand new (bed base, mattress, comforter and pillows) to offer you greater comfort. The woodwork is now double-glazed aluminum, and the roof windows are fitted with roller shutters for better insulation of this old house.

Las Xoyos, an old farmhouse typical of the Cordes plateau, all in white stone, renovated by the owners into a pleasant holiday cottage. Detached, surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers, it's the perfect holiday cottage for a family stay in the Countryside.
On warm summer nights, you can simply enjoy the magic of the starry sky and the serenity of the surroundings, so close to the bustling medieval town of Cordes-sur-Ciel, a major regional tourist attraction. The Bastides Albigeoises, the Forest de Grésigne, the Aveyron Gorges and the Château de Najac will satisfy your curiosity and appetite for old stones and heritage, not forgetting of course the famous Cité Episcopale d'Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
