The view takes in the Tarn and Aveyron rivers, as far as the Monts de Lacaune, the Mountain Noire and, with a little luck, the Pyrenees.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **

Detached house in an old barn typical of the Ségala region, close to the owner. Holiday cottage entirely on one level, with panoramic view from covered terrace.

- Large living room with lounge, dining table and open kitchen equipped with kettle, filter coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer and microwave.

- Four bedrooms, including 2 with en-suite shower rooms (shower, toilet and washbasin), and a shared shower room with toilet and washing machine. Rooms for 2 to 4 people with 90x200cm beds, 90x200cm Bunk beds and 140x200cm double beds.

Underfloor heating, wired or wireless internet connection.

Covered terrace, plancha, Weber® charcoal barbecue, above-ground swimming pool with terrace, large 3-hectare plot of land for your Kids to play in. It slopes gently down to a small spring-fed pond.

Piscine dimensions: 8 x 4.50 m, 1.30 m high. Piscine open from June to September.
