The hills and valleys of the Gaillac Vineyard stretch between Cordes-sur-Ciel, Castelnau-de-Montmiral and Gaillac. This is the land of the Bastides, villages perched on hillsides or clifftops, or bastides lovingly nestled on the banks of the Tarn. In summer, the Vineyard comes alive with the sound of aperitif-concerts at the winegrowers', the perfect way to discover one of France's oldest vineyards in a musical setting. The Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the Vineyard, surrounded by several estates. Hiking, wine tastings, local markets or walks along the banks of the Tarn, this renovated former farmhouse, now an independent gîte, is ideal for welcoming families or groups of friends in a friendly environment.

On the first floor, you'll find a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, open to the dining area, with everything you need to cook in style: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee makers, kettle... The living room, warm and bright, features a TV, sofa and armchairs made by the owner, for a unique, handcrafted touch.
On the first floor, the sleeping area comprises 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: - 4 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) - 1 bedroom with 2 Bunk beds (90x190) and 1 single bed - Two large bathrooms with walk-in showers, double basins and WC Reversible air-conditioning. No wifi in the Holiday cottage, but 5G works very well! The garden is organized around a private swimming pool (8x4 m - max. depth 1.5 m), bordered by plants. A shaded terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, portico, ping-pong table, table soccer: everything is provided for shared moments. A carport and private parking space. /!\ parties not authorized
