Welcome to La Vigne This new house can welcome you for your vacations and weekends. It is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

Located less than 10 minutes from City Albi, you'll enjoy peace and quiet without being isolated. You'll enjoy a large terrace overlooking a wooded park surrounding the house.


** HOLIDAY COTTAGE **
Bungalow, sleeps 8. You enter directly through the kitchen with its large living room.
The house has two independent wings for sleeping.

- A living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher...) + reversible air-conditioning.
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
- You can enjoy the terrace, equipped with garden furniture/parasol and barbecue, while admiring the view over the Forest.

On the left-hand night side of the living area are :
- A first bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm)
- A second bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm)
- A bathroom with Italian shower and double washbasin
- Separate WC

On the right-hand side of the living room, on the night side, you'll find :
- A third master bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm) and en-suite shower room and WC.
- A fourth bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm).



We ask you to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived.

No parties, respect for neighbors.

Non-smoking house. You can smoke on the large terrace or outside.

Deposit cheques to be presented on arrival, for details see our concierge service (use API software).

Inventory of fixtures on arrival from 4pm to 8pm by appointment with confirmation.
For all arrivals after 8pm and up to 11:59pm, a supplement of €30 will be charged, subject to acceptance and availability by the Conciergerie. Payment to be made on entry, no credit cards.
