La Vergnère

The ideal place for a successful vacation. Halfway between Montauban and Gaillac, the Holiday cottage La Vergnère is ideally located for a green vacation. The 3 Lakes Base de loisirs is just 10 minutes from the gîte, with its 4 swimming pools, waterslides, spa, fishing and swimming lakes... there's no shortage of activities!

The famous Episcopal city of Albi and its UNESCO-listed cathedral are just a 45-minute drive away, as is the hilltop town of Cordes-sur-Ciel. You're ideally placed for visiting Gaillac and its bastide towns, and enjoying the summer aperitif concerts. A local producers' store is also just 5 minutes from the Holiday cottage.


** LE GÎTE ** (HOLIDAY COTTAGE)
Situated below the owner's house, you'll enjoy an independent space with a large garden and plenty of play equipment for Kids in a gîte for 4 people (up to 6 people with attic sleeping).
- living room: open kitchen with oven, microwave, Tassimo® filter and pod coffee maker, top refrigerator. Living and dining area with TV and pellet stove.
From the living room :
- bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.
- ground-floor bedroom with 140x190cm double bed.
- access to the mezzanine floor via a spiral staircase. Open-plan bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and single bed (90x190cm). A second 90x190cm bed for a 6th berth is located in an attic space, still open to the living room.

Outside: several dining and relaxation areas in a large, unfenced garden. Stone barbecue in the garden, trampoline for Kids and swing with small slide. The hens' pen is on the right-hand side of the Holiday cottage - they'll be delighted to be fed!
To reach the Holiday cottage, drive past the owners' house behind the gîte. Parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage.
