Halfway between Albi and Castres, in the center of the Tarn and Occitanie regions You're right in the center of the Tarn department and Occitanie region, 15 minutes from Albi and Castres, just next to Réalmont and Lautrec.

La Teulière is an excellent base camp for discovering Réalmont la Charmante, a 13th-century bastide town, with its famous Wednesday morning market, Lautrec, a small traditional village (one of the most beautiful villages in France), its mill, its clog maker, its Aquaval leisure centre in summer, the Rochers du Sidobre, which will attract the curiosity of your children... And of course we haven't even mentioned Albi and its Episcopal City, Castres, the Pays de Cocagne, the mountains around Lacaune...

Situated on the Albi-Castres axis, this totally independent gîte is housed in a renovated former manor house, in the countryside, close to the greenway "Le Chemin des droits de l'Homme", ideal for hiking and cycling.

On the first floor, the large living room is the centerpiece of the gîte, opening onto the kitchen and lounge. It opens onto the terrace and garden (garden furniture, barbecue). Independent, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, 4-burner hob (3 gas + 1 electric), fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, Tassimo multi-drink pod machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender.... Living room with sofa, armchair, fireplace with insert, tv. WC.

First floor: three bedrooms, shower room with toilet.
