Albi, with its Cathedral Sainte-Cécile and Episcopal City, home to the Toulouse Lautrec Museum, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a must on your vacation itinerary, as is an excursion beyond the Mountain Noire to the castles of Lastours and the medieval city of Carcassonne.
