Independent gîte, close to the owner's house. The gite is an old, renovated house that opens onto an unenclosed, gated exterior. Next to the gite is a carport, and to the rear is a covered terrace with garden furniture. The lawn area is private, flower-filled and shaded, with garden shed, picnic table, barbecue, table tennis, sandpit and relax area. Warm interior featuring wood. First floor: kitchen, living room, shower room, wc. Upstairs: two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds). Central heating.
